Clinical Supervision

Supervision is more than a requirement—it's a space for growth, reflection, and support. I offer clinical supervision to LMSWs and LMHCs seeking independent licensure in New Mexico and Colorado. My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, with a strong emphasis on ethical practice, clinical confidence, and sustainability in the work.

I believe that behind every grounded, thoughtful clinician is a meaningful supervisory relationship—one that created space for growth, accountability, and confidence to develop over time.

Whether you're new to the field or looking to deepen your clinical foundation, I provide a supportive environment to explore case conceptualization, diagnostic clarity, boundaries, documentation, and professional identity. I draw from over a decade of experience in trauma-informed care, co-occurring treatment, and leadership within recovery-based programs to help supervisees build skills with clarity and purpose.

Supervision is available for individuals or small groups, with flexibility to accommodate your learning style and goals.
